My Approach

Most coaching focuses on changing behavior.

I understand what drives it.

Great leaders are self-aware.

The demands of leadership are high, and having a dedicated space to reflect and get useful feedback on your work is rare.

Leading effectively requires understanding people, including yourself. It involves listening to what others need, want, and expect from you, while managing your own stress and staying clear on your role and responsibilities.

My approach is grounded in structured, private dialogue that gives leaders clarity, perspective, and support to better understand how they lead and act with greater precision and impact.

Leading is a human process.

With training in both clinical psychology and organizational consulting, I approach challenges from multiple angles, connecting individual behavior to team- and system-level dynamics. I know how to listen between the lines and hear what traditional consultants tend to miss.

Leadership styles, team dynamics, and organizational structures interact and influence each other. When there’s misalignment, I help leaders get to the root of it so they can communicate better, address dysfunctional patterns, and delegate more effectively.
